The Knights of Columbus Council at St Francis deSales Church recently donated new warm winter coats to needy children on the Northern Neck.
Many low-income families use their scarce resources to meet the most basic essentials and they need help to provide this vital winter necessity, reported Wesley Waring. Thanks to the generosity of the community, the Council provided 100 new coats to elementary schools in Northumberland and Lancaster for distribution.
