KILMARNOCK—A Town of Kilmarnock public works employee discovered the body of a 33-year-old woman early Monday morning beneath the town water tower on East Church Street.
“All indications at this time lead us to believe it was a suicide,” said chief of police Mike Bedell. “There is no reason to believe there was foul play.”
Due to the location of the body, investigators believe she climbed up the tower to the walkway around the holding tank and jumped to her death…
