In an article appearing in the June 14 Rappahannock Record regarding Kilmarnock town council committee meetings, statements addressing utility rates were erroneously attributed to councilman Emerson Gravatt.
However, the statements should have been attributed to town manager Tom Saunders.
We apologize for any confusion or undue criticism this may have caused.
