Claybrook Baptist Church, 2242 Weems Road, Weems, recently announced the theme for vacation Bible school is “Shipwreck—Rescued by Jesus.”
The setting is on a tropical island with Castaway Sing & Play, Imagination Station, KidVid Cinema and Bible Discovery in an innovative format that will keep participants on the move and learning about being rescued by Jesus, reported Genny Chase.
Bible school will begin with registration at 4:30 p.m. August 5. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. for attendees August 5 through 10, followed at 6:05 p.m. with exciting activities until 8:15 p.m. Grades 3 through 6 are welcome.
