HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened October 30 with the Hon. Herbert Hewitt presiding.
Arnell Croxton of Lottsburg pleaded guilty to one felony count of driving after being declared a habitual offender and was sentenced to serve one month in jail.
The court issued an order to show cause in the case of Cintez C. Gibson of Lancaster, whose pretrial release on three felonies including the manufacture of controlled substances and the distribution of imitation Schedule I or II drugs, was revoked. Gibson’s trial is scheduled to begin December 18.
The trial of D’andre O. McDowney of Montross, charged with one felony for the manufacture of a controlled substance, was set to begin January 29.
