Sharon Baptist Church will celebrate its 120th anniversary on December 9.
“The pilgrimage continues through the 21st century,” said Sandra Smyre. “It is amazing to think about, but it was 120 years ago that a small group of people gathered together with the desire to plan a church to have an impact on their community.”
