KILMARNOCK—Lou Ethel “Sis” Hubbard of Kilmarnock died November 19, 2018, at Regional Memorial Hospital.
She was born March 20, 1941, to the late Richard and Queen Washington of White Stone.
Following graduation from A.T. Wright High School in 1959, she moved to Philadelphia, Pa., and worked in various occupations. She later moved to Woodbridge and worked in doctors’ offices and became a nursing assistant.
Sis returned to White Stone, where she was a nursing assistant and personal caregiver to several families.
She was predeceased by brothers, George, Charles, Benjamin, Robert, Felix and William Washington.
She is survived by brother, Richard T. Washington of Sacramento, Calif.
A service was held November 24 at Campbell Funeral Home, Kilmarnock.
