HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened December 4, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The prosecution filed a nolle prosequi in the case of Joseph G. Lee of Tappahannock, charged with three felony counts of manufacturing controlled substances.
Counsel was appointed for James B. Burt of Heathsville, charged with two felony counts of violating his probation for child solicitation and taking indecent liberties with a child under the age of 15. Burt’s trial was continued to December 11.
