Twenty community members report to Lancaster schools every Wednesday and tutor 33 students.
Lancaster Primary School’s Wednesday tutors include Sherri Clowser, Susanna Collins, Judy Kelley, Gordon Nelson, Sheila Nelson, Kathy Nowlin and Tina Smith, reported Gayle Sterrett. Lancaster Middle School tutors are Katie Bavuso, Paula Boundy, Virginia Lee Brown, Cliffe Harris, Elizabeth Harris, Ashley Jones, Bill Lee, Pat Lewis, Maxine Logan, Lucia Schoelwer and Margaret Socey. Steve Parker and Craig Smith work on Wednesdays with their Lancaster High School students in mathematics.
