The Northern Neck Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (NNMOAA) will hold its annual Memorial Day Commemoration May 27 at Historic Christ Church, 420 Christ Church Road, Weems.
The ceremony will begin with patriotic music at 11 a.m. and will continue with a formal observance, led by Rev. Pilar Parnell, beginning at 11:30 a.m., reported retired USMCR Lt. Col. Michael Schoelwer, project coordinator. The keynote speaker will be retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Anthony Crutchfield.
