WHITE STONE—The River Counties Community Foundation (RCCF) recently moved to 834 Rappahannock Drive, White Stone.
RCCF has taken additional space because the foundation envisions increasing needs as it continues to grow in its mission. It is also looking ahead to possibly being an incubator for nurturing and growing the nonprofit sector in Lancaster, Northumberland and Middlesex counties.
