Kilmarnock Town Centre Park and Chesapeake Bank remind the community about two upcoming rain dates for the 2019 Music on the Half Shell Stage season.
“Mother Nature seems to have had a different plan for us this season,” said Mayor Mae Umphlett. “But the shows must go on and we have a very busy and exciting line up for September.”
