The Kilmarnock United Methodist Women (UMW) recently prepared 60 bags for oncology patients at Rappahannock General Hospital.
This was the result of a successful prototype project in June of this year where they prepared 25 bags for patients, reported publicity chairman Dick Manson. UMW collected donations from members and merchants and found that the positive feedback from hospital staff and patients was tremendous.
