HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened November 12 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The trial of Robert H. Griffin of Heathsville, charged with five felonies for violating his probation on felony offenses, was set for December 17.
The trial of Brian D. Juhl of Kilmarnock, charged with three misdemeanors including one count for damage to a phone line, one count for violating a protective order, and one count for assault and battery of a family member, in addition to two felonies including one count for strangulation resulting in injury and one count for malicious wounding, was set for December 17.
