Due to concerns related to the spread of COVID-19, the May 5 town elections will be conducted absentee by mail.
The Lancaster County Voter Registration Office has mailed absentee ballot applications to all registered voters in Kilmarnock, Irvington and White Stone, with instructions for completing the application and returning it so that an absentee ballot may be sent.
