Allen named executive director of Northern Neck Family YMCA

The YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas has named Liz Allen executive director of the Northern Neck Family YMCA.

Allen has a lengthy record of service with the Northern Neck YMCA. Starting as a personal trainer in 2001, she then merited promotions to wellness and aquatics program director in 2002, membership and wellness director in 2004, and has served as operations director since 2008.
