HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened April 21 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Bond was granted in the case of Keenan L. Samuel of Newport News, charged with one felony for his third offense driving while intoxicated and two misdemeanors, including one count for driving after forfeiting his license and one count for reckless driving.
James E. Brown of Chesterfield, charged with two felonies including one count for his third offense driving while intoxicated and one count for driving with a revoked license, was found not guilty by the court.
