LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 17, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.

In the case of Cintez Gibson of Lancaster, a bond appeal was continued to July 24 when Gibson’s attorney withdrew from the case. According to Commonwealth’s Attorney Anthony Spencer, Gibson was charged in General District Court with two counts of brandishing a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count of possessing a Schedule I/II drug with intent to distribute as a second offense, one count of possessing a firearm while possessing a drug with intent to distribute, and one count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug.
