KILMARNOCK—Adrian Curry, 79, of Kilmarnock passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
He was the son of Charles McKenny and Marion Wiggins Curry, and a publisher in the Kilmarnock Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 58 years.
Adrian is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann Smith Curry; three children; 11 grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; four stepsons; five step-grandchildren; one daughter-in-law; one son-in-law; three brothers; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth; and his wife of 50 years, Ora T Curry.
Adrian attended Morgan E Norris grade school, A.T. Wright and Brookvale High schools. After high school, Adrian worked many jobs in Baltimore, New Jersey, and Virginia. He was best known for being a waterman in which he loved to crab. His last employment was for Kellum Seafood.
