LANCASTER—Carl E. Failmezger has qualified as a candidate to represent District 1 on the Lancaster County School Board.
Failmezger graduated from Episcopal High School in Alexandria (Cum Laude), Aldenham School in England (Divinity Prize), Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., and The College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, with a J.D. and M.B.A., serving on the Honor Code Council.
Failmezger is a licensed Virginia attorney, with his firm LawMart, LC, specializing in estate planning documents and uncontested divorces.
