The Rappahannock River Yacht Club (RRYC) will host Lights on the Creek 2021, a lighted boat parade on Carter Creek, on November 27.
Boats should gather in the area of the RRYC docks before dusk where a lead boat will guide the parade, reported Glenn Solt, a club director. A skippers’ safety meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on parade day at the RRYC Clubhouse, 100 Rappahannock Road, Irvington.
