LOTTSBURG—At the end of a work session on the 2017-18 fiscal year budget Monday night, Northumberland school board members unanimously appointed Dr. Holly Wargo superintendent.
“We decided she was doing a good job,” said chairman Betty Christopher. “She did an excellent job with the budget. We’ve never seen anything like it before.
