Northumberland County Circuit Court Report

HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened February 14, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

Richard A. Bowen Jr. of Hague was found guilty of violating probation conditions regarding two previous felony convictions. As a result, his probation was suspended and he was ordered to serve one year and nine months.

The case of Milford S. Diggs of Burgess, charged with a felony probation violation, was continued for trial on February 28.

The case of Curt Dowdy of Farnham, charged with felony manufacturing a controlled substance, was not prosecuted at the time of trial.
