Community Services Board staff members complete training program

SALUDA—Twenty-five clinical supervisors and outpatient therapists from the Middle Peninsula Northern Neck Community Services Board (CSB) recently completed a three-year intensive clinical training program provided by the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Institute.

“We wanted to be sure that our clinicians and supervisors received expert training and supervision so that we as an agency and staff could better serve the individuals and families coming to us for therapeutic services,” said youth and family outpatient services director Rachel Teagle.

The Philadelphia group trained the CSB staff in the Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model.
