During recent commencement exercises, Chesapeake Academy recognized the Class of 2022 athletic award winners.
Catherine Chavez is the recipient of the 2022 Pamela I. Herrell Athletics Award. This award recognizes the eighth grade girl whose athletic accomplishments distinguish her among her peers.
Set against the Academy’s high standards for athletic conduct, the Pamela I. Herrell Athletic Award recognizes a student who has represented the school well—by demonstrating excellent character and outstanding athleticism.
