Two of Lancaster High School’s fall sports teams will begin practice next week including golf and football.
Prospective golfers should meet at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 27, at the Golden Eagle Golf Course, 364 Clubhouse Road, Irvington for an orientation meeting and first practice.
Football players will hit the field from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday, July 28, at LHS, 8815 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster.
All athletes are reminded they need to have a current and completed Virginia High School League physical form before beginning practice, said LHS athletic director Dave Zeiler.
Cross country, volleyball and cheerleading teams will begin practice on August 1.
