The Rappahannock Garden Club (RGC) is planning its 60th anniversary September 8 at Grace Episcopal Church, 303 South Main Street, Kilmarnock.
Plans include a yard sale with plants, baked goods and artisanal crafts beginning at 1 p.m. The event is open to the public.
