WICOMICO CHURCH—A memorial service for Kay Inskeep will be held at Wicomico Parish Church, 5191 Jessie Ball duPont Highway in Wicomico Church on Sunday, January 15, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
From 1:30-2 p.m. an ensemble (flute, clarinet, piano and strings) from the Northern Neck Orchestra will honor Kay with a selection of short pieces, performed inside the church. Kay was an avid supporter of the orchestra. Following the ensemble, Olivia Cockrell, the church organist and longtime friend of Kay’s, will play a prelude to the memorial service.
A reception will follow the service in the adjacent Wicomico Parish Church Parish Hall.
Kay passed away on November 25, 2022. An obituary appeared in the December 8 Rappahannock Record.
