The Music on the Half Shell 2023 season will open May 26 at Town Centre Park, 150 North Main Street, Kilmarnock.
“We are excited to welcome back music for the 2023 season and who better to have to kick off the summer then Soul Expressions?” said Mayor Shawn Donahue.
Gates will open at 6 p.m. and the show will start at 7 p.m. This is a ticketed event at $10 per person and children younger than age 5 are admitted free with a paying adult….
