Golf tournament to benefit veterans slated September 22

Golfers are invited to the Dave Marchant Memorial Virginia Veterans Golf Tournament on Friday, September 22, at the Piankatank River Golf Club in Hartfield.

Hosted by the Knights of Columbus Assembly 3349, this is a four-player captain’s choice competition open to everyone, reported Gary Richardson. Proceeds will benefit Virginia Veteran and Family Support.
