Most folks take for granted that they have easy access and egress to nice dry homes, but some neighbors do not take this luxury for granted.
Recently, Interfaith Services, Ramp and Repair Division, remedied this situation for one neighbor in the Morattico area by building a new landing with steps and handrails that are ADA compliant at no cost to the homeowner.
