lex Fulmer, the son of Alissa and David Fulmer, was named salutatorian of the Chesapeake Academy Class of 2024 during recent graduation exercise.
This award is earned by the graduating student who completes the year with the second-highest grade point average.
“Alex Fulmer earned this honor by taking responsibility for his learning, being trustworthy in his actions and consistently performing at very high levels,” said head of school Trip Cogburn. “Alex embraces continual learning and pushes himself to exceed all expectations.”
