The Philanthropic Educational Organization (PEO) Chapter BH, White Stone, recently announced Lorelei Kelley has been awarded a PEO STAR Scholarship for the upcoming academic year.
The STAR scholarship was established in 2009 to provide scholarship funds to exceptional women in their final year of high school to assist them to attend an accredited college in the U.S. or Canada.
