The Friends of the Rappahannock will host a full moon paddle July 7 on the Rappahannock River.
The fee is $35 per individual or $105 per group of three or four. Members pay $28 and $84, respectively.
Float in kayaks from Old Mill Park to City Dock with trip leader Michelle McGinley and learn about local ecology and how the river has influenced American history, reported Woodie Walker.
Participants are urged to meet at 7:30 p.m. at City Dock, 207 Sophia Street, Fredericksburg.
