The Mexican restaurant in Kilmarnock has the same name—Los Patrones—but it’s under new management with updated recipes and a speciality drink menu. And new manager Jose Campos is hoping all that equals a change in the restaurant’s reputation.
“Since he’s taken over, with new recipes, the food is fantastic,” said front of house manager Jessica Guernsey.
Campos has 12 years of restaurant experience, but this is his first general manager job. So far so good.
Campos took over as manager and head chef at Los Patrones, 652 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, in May and has since brought in a new staff, expanded the hours, added daily specials and updated the bar service. Even the addition of decorations….
