HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, October 15, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Carlos A. Liverpool of Burgess, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense and failure to appear on a felony offense, the case was continued to October 22.
In the case of Kevin R. Cunningham of Callao, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, the case was carried over to October 22.
