LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, October 18, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Kionte R. Walters of Lancaster, charged with three felonies and one misdemeanor for violating probation, a capias was issued when he failed to appear.
In the case of Alkendra S. Coleman of Lancaster, charged with a felony for violating probation, a capias was issued when she failed to appear.
In the case of Karl N. Blackwell of Richmond, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a capias was issued when he failed to appear.
