Grace Episcopal Church, 303 South Main Street, Kilmarnock, will host a Celtic service at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, March 9.
The featured speaker will be Ellen Kirby, who served as treasurer of Northumberland County for four-and-a-half decades. Since retiring, she is pursuing a lifelong interest in art and taking watercolor classes at the RAL Art Center. She also is enrolled in a four-year course in theology, studying the Old Testament this term, reported team leader Laura Rowe.
