Lady Devils come from behind to edge Pointers, 4-3, in opener

The varsity Lady Devils are off to a 2-1 start following a season-opening, 4-3, win over West Point March 18 and a forfeit by King & Queen the following day. Middlesex beat Lancaster, 11-1, in a six-inning game in Saluda on March 21.

As part of the Wells Fargo Advisors Invitational at Dream Fields, LHS will play Rappahannock County at 5 p.m. today, March 27, and take on Nottoway at 7 p.m. tomorrow, March 28. The Devils also are scheduled to play at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 29. The match-up will be determined by tournament play.
