LANCASTER—Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club (ICYCC) will host the best junior golfers in the country at the Northern Neck Junior All-Star tournament on June 23.
Area high school golfers will have a rare opportunity to play in a foursome with them outside of the tournament.
According to ICYCC board member Steve Mattheisen, the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) tournaments have become the place where colleges come to recruit the best players. He expects “90 some golfers competing for the play-in” on the first round….
