The 77th annual 4-H/FFA Fredericksburg Area Youth Junior Livestock Show and Sale will be held May 2-3 at Farm Credit Pavilion at The Meadow Event Park, 13048 Meadow Farm Road, Doswell.
Ninety-three youth from Caroline, Essex, Hanover, King & Queen, King George, Northumberland, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Richmond and Westmoreland counties will compete in this event that showcases their livestock projects, reported senior 4-H Extension agent Wendy Herdman. Some 181 animals are nominated to be shown. Species will include hogs, goats, lambs and cattle.
The public is invited to attend this event in support of local youth. Enter using Gate 6.
