LHS golfers win season opener

Tyler Brent shot a low 41 on nine holes to lead Lancaster High School in a season-opening golf win over Middlesex at Piankatank River Golf Course on August 7. The Red Devils edged the host Chargers by two strokes, 182-184.

Thomas Major shot a 43, Alex Fulmer a 48 and Ty Makulowich a 50 to complete the scoring four for LHS. Braiden George, with a 52, and Brooks Parker, with a 53, also played for the Devils.
