LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 15, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Jonaisa M. Ball of Kilmarnock, charged with a misdemeanor for obtaining money, less than $200, under false pretenses, an arraignment was continued to October 24.
In the case of Trevon L. Henderson of Weems, charged with a felony for strangling with an injury as a result; a misdemeanor for stalking with fear of death or assault; and a misdemeanor for assault and battery of a family member; the defendant requested a new attorney. A hearing was scheduled for September 19.
