The Friends of Northumberland Public Library (FNPL) reminds photographers Saturday, August 23, is the final day for taking pictures of things happening in Northumberland County.
Don’t forget to submit the pictures to the library by September 2. FNPL will select pictures to be placed in a time capsule to be buried during the dedication of the library’s micro-park, said library director Jane Blue. The time capsule will be opened in the year 2125.
