IRVINGTON—Mowton “Tony” LeCompte Waring Jr., Colonel, U.S. Army (Retired), 90, died July 6, 2025.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 3, at Historic Christ Church, 420 Christ Church Road, Weems.
