HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, August 26, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Joshua R. Bryant of Oneida, N.Y., charged with four counts of criminal sexual assault, a jury trial was set for September 3.
In the case of Jennie L. Lansberry of Heathsville, charged with larceny by unauthorized use of a vehicle and probation violation on a felony offense, a deferred disposition was set for December 16.
In the case of James T. Raynor of White Stone, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, a status hearing was set for November 18.
In the case of Dillon C. Roberts of Lancaster, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, Roberts was not found and is a fugitive.
