HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, September 2, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Travon M. El of Montross, also known as Travon K. Johnson, charged with manufacturing/distributing Schedule I/II substances, his third or more offense, the case was continued to September 23.
In the case of Kevin M. Kelly of Callao, charged with assault and battery on a family member, his third or more offense, and abduction by force/intimidation, the case was continued to September 23.
In a jury trial held on Wednesday, September 3, Joshua R. Bryant of Oneida, N.Y., pleaded not guilty to four counts of criminal sexual assault. The jury found him guilty on all four counts and sentencing was set for November 18.
