Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported misdemeanor charges against two individuals.
A Gloucester man, 19, was charged September 2 with failure to appear for counsel determination on the underlying charge of driving while license is revoked or suspended.
A 23-year-old man of no known address was charged September 6 with appearing in public in an intoxicated condition, obstruction of justice, and attempting to flee from a law enforcement officer.

September 1: Staff responded to the 1000 block of Old Salem Road for an adult welfare check, to the 200 block of Norwood Church Road for gunshots in the late evening hours, to the 2000 block of River Road for downed power lines, to the 500 block of Gaskins Road for a domestic disturbance, to the 40 block of Pine Drive for a custody dispute, to the 11000 block of Courthouse Road for a domestic disturbance, to the 500 block of North Main Street for a fight in progress, to the 100 block of Doggett Lane for suspicious activity, and to the 60 block of Roseneath Avenue for a domestic assault.

September 3: Staff responded to the 700 block of Greenvale Road for suspicious activity, and to the 40 block of First Street for disorderly conduct.
September 4: Staff responded to the 5000 block of Mary Ball Road for a disabled vehicle, to the 700 block of Teague Road for identity theft, and to the 50 block of Meadowbrook Lane for destruction of property.
September 5: Staff responded to the 1300 block of Devils Bottom Road for a single-vehicle traffic crash, to the 100 block of Inlet Cove for a breaking and entering, destruction of property, and to the 7000 block of River Road for a two-vehicle traffic crash.
September 6: Staff responded to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for debris in the highway, and to Weems and Gaskins roads for a downed tree.
September 7: Staff responded to the 12000 block of Mary Ball Road for an adult welfare check, to the 30 block of Chases Road for legal advice, and to River and Sage Hill roads for an adult welfare check.
Staff also conducted 13 traffic stops, issued seven summonses, assisted six motorists, recorded a deer strike accident, handled a request for traffic control, investigated two building alarms, processed two mental health orders, logged an inmate transport, received four E911 hang up calls, and fielded three calls for animal control service.
Fire calls
Upper Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department responded to downed power lines and adjacent fire at 2407 River Road, traffic crashes at 1345 Devils Bottom Road and 7279 River Road, a downed tree at 1916 White Chapel Road, and with Kilmarnock VFD to a brush fire at 392 Jeffery Avenue.
Kilmarnock VFD also responded to traffic crashes at 11165 Jessie duPont Memorial Highway and 10895 Mary Ball Road.
Northumberland County Sheriff Johnny Beauchamp this week reported charges against six individuals.
Felonies
Kevin M. Dube, 41, no address given, was charged August 20 with attempted malicious wounding, maliciously shooting at an occupied vehicle and reckless handling of a firearm.
Misdemeanors
A Reedville man, 48, was charged August 29 with two counts of assault and battery of a family member.
A Burgess woman, 35, was charged September 1 on a warrant of extradition from Maryland for failing to obey a court order for underlying charges of driving or attempting to drive while under the influence of alcohol while transporting a child, who was a minor.
A Heathsville man, 59, was charged September 6 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
A Lottsburg woman, 18, was charged September 7 with violating a protective order.
A Warsaw woman, 36, was charged September 7 on a Northumberland County warrant for violating a protective order. She was served by the Warsaw Police Department.
