HEATHSVILLE— The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, September 9, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Shaquoy Y. McKellar of Goochland, a charge of distributing/selling Schedule I/II drugs for profit was amended to possession of Schedule I/II drugs. She faces $555 in costs and will be placed on a community corrections program.
Winfield A. Bea of Heathsville was found guilty of committing indecent acts with a child while acting as their custodian and was sentenced to three years with three years suspended. He faces $977.20 in costs and was placed on 12 months of supervised probation.
