Lancaster High School recently launched its student-led conferences, where students took the reins to discuss their academic journey, personal growth and future goals. Some 59 students and their families participated.
This bold step in student engagement met with success, according to principal Mike Myers.
Unlike traditional parent-teacher meetings, these conferences placed students at the center of the conversation, he said.
